Throughout the year we organise regular midweek sessions, to improve group riding skills and general fitness. The sessions vary depending on the time of year and the Club Training section of our forum/group section is regularly updated with the latest information.
During the Spring and Summer months we hold regular Tuesday evening group sessions. These are short rides, open to all members, starting from our usual Sunday ride meeting point at 19:30. Rides are around 10-25 miles depending on light. Please join the group here for more details.
During the darker months we run weekly indoor group turbo trainer sessions.
