ave HR 153 bpm max HR 195 bpm up plaxtol trying to stay with daz and lee and new boy mark .so unfit.

DaveB said… Hi Steve, love the photographs. If these photos cannot prise Avanti members out of their " I only cycle in the UK " mentality, nothing will. Lethargy is sooo easy. Will be booking our flights very soon, as in the past 15 years. Don't forget the Giro follows after Majorca, the Time Trial starts in our usual holiday resort in Italy. Dave B
