Well done Bill. I managed a couple of hours on the mountain bike in the snowy fields. Didn't go too hard, just enjoyed the frozen trails before they all turned to mud again.

Sundays Off Road ride

Four of us braved the weather to follow the thames river path. Jenny,Glyn, Steve and myself much trepidation at the start after watching Groups of tourest slipping and sliding on the black ice around the Wolfe statue in Greenwich park. We never got as far as Eirth marsh as promised, gave in to the cold and turned back at Trip Cock point and warmed up in the Cafe at the Thames Barrier. 20 miles I add a bit extra on the way home through Castle woods total 30 miles.See More
