SOLD: Garmin 705 forsale

I could sell this on ebay for about £150, but I would rather help out a club member.

its recently been refurbished by Garmin at southampton (new battary).

comes with unit, two bike mounts, charger (not orginal) and heart rate strap.

open to reasonable offers.

Hi Daz,

Do you still have this and does it have, or how easy is it for me to load, maps that will get me to Paris?

I'm a total Sat Nav/Garmin ludite so even the most basic information gratefully recieved.

Andy it has GB topo loaded covering the london and south east, so from london to coast is covered.

There is also open street maping, which is free and can be loaded on any 2GB mini card, 2GB card costs about 3 pounds now. I have the entire GB on sc card

You create a route on any of the numerous web sites, create a GPX file, you then load it onto the device.

or you can by europe sd card from garmin at about £54 from ebay.

Edit, Or maybe I wont because we have to be "friends" on the forum to send a message! I'd rather come and collect as opposed to meeting up at the Green before a ride.
