Event Description

Good Friday will see one of our Bi-annual G2 rides to Rye.  This ride is always popular, and is a good opportunity for anyone who is looking to do their first 100 miler.   Total distance is 115 miles, with about 3800 ft of total climbing.  Pace will be at an average of approx 15 mph.  We stop at Rye for lunch, then usually Yalding for afternoon tea.  We will start promptly at 8.15 am, and its an all day event, arriving back at approx 5 pm.  Please let us know if you plan to come.

my ride today .great turn out 20 plus  to rye.

105 miles ave speed 16.2 mph. max 42.5mph plus 6.8 miles to g.

elvation 4528ft max 747ft.

ave heart 137bpm max 198 bpm up plaxtol.

calories burnt 2513 ave temp 51.5 f.

good day out well done to one and all
